Precision Medical Ventures announces the acquisition of Mindshare Medical to accelerate commercialization of RevealAI-Lung, a CADx software application with EU and Canadian regulatory approval.
Seattle, WA – March 23, 2021 – Precision Medical Ventures (PMV), an investment group led by Radiology and Health Care industry veterans, today announced the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Mindshare Medical. PMV will do business under the Mindshare Medical name, which PMV acquired as part of the acquisition. Michael Calhoun will join PMV as Chief Executive Officer.
